I bought my leather chair in 2017. After years of heavy use the coils in the seat had lost their firmness. I tried to buy a replacement chair but it had been discontinued. I found the Leather Repair Gallery online. They came and picked the chair up, provided a very reasonable price quote, communicated any questions on their part via text for confirmation, got the job done quickly, and delivered the chair back to me. The delivery guy was very courteous. The chair is nice and firm as requested. Excellent workmanship. This entire experience has been very pleasant. I highly recommend using their services.

In our current society EXCELLENT customer service is refreshing but rare. Excellent customer service is exactly what Leather Repair Gallery offers and delivers. For the past three weeks I have made contact with at least five different upholstery repair companies. Some companies would provide two estimates stating "it would cost either $325 or $400". Usually an estimate involves one price not two. While other companies wanted to upgrade my repair to exceed $1000 in repair cost. That's way outside my budget. Leather Repair Gallery, specifically Dimitri provided a reasonable estimate and explained the repair process. His information assisted me in making the correct repair decision. There isn't a valid reason to look anywhere else for your sofa/loveseat/chair repair needs. I've shopped around for you. I am particular about preserving my existing furniture. Go with Leather Repair Gallery if you care about competitive pricing and the quality of the finished product. I strongly recommend The Leather Repair Gallery. They are reliable and on time. I used the Leather Repair Gallery for two leather recliners that have a bit of age on them. They were able to repair them to look almost brand new! They were very professional and arrived when promised. They were easy to deal with and the price was very reasonable, especially compared to others in the area. Our dog ripped a hole in our nice leather chair. I thought it would cost a fortune to fix it, and that the color match would be problematic. Dillon, shared photos of previous repairs and quoted a very reasonable price. The chair was picked up and returned for no extra charge. The repair and color matching was excellent. We’ve had it back for several days, and are very happy with the results.
