What a journey Choice Roofing and I had together! Over 16 months, the staff at Choice and I struggled to get insurance to cover a badly damaged roof that needed to be replaced. They were patient, gracious, and helped me out whenever I needed, despite being used and abused by insurance. Once they did the work, what a job! The roof looks amazing, they left very little mess, and kept me updated, even when I was deployed. I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat. Great work!!!!

I’ve worked with Choice Roofing Solutions on two separate projects on the Kenai Peninsula, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and they delivered exactly what they promised from the very beginning.

Both projects were completed on time, and the quality of their work really shows. The crew was professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It’s not always easy to find a contractor you can trust, but with Choice Roofing Solutions, you know what you’re getting upfront—no surprises, just solid, dependable work. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for future projects.

Update 18 April 2025:
Within an hour of my original review I received a phone call apologizing for the poor experience. A week later someone inspected the needed repairs and made the material order. The following week a crew was on-site and completed the job that same day. While the initial experience was unsatisfactory, the follow-on engagement and customer service was exemplary. As a result I've adjusted my review rating to speak to their ability to assume accountability and provide a positive experience in the end. Based on the end result, I would recommend Choice Roofing Solutions and seek their service for any future needs.

Original review:
Absolutely terrible business. I've been on their "Repair List" for over a year now related to an insurance claim. No response to monthly inquiries last summer. Then in August, someone answered the phone only to respond that the admin misplaced my insurance claim because they failed to add details from the insurance quote and I was put back at the bottom of their backlog. Spent all winter stressing about the roof without any repair. Don't trust these folks for when you really need them. They only care about entire roof jobs because they're after the $$, not your needs or wellbeing.

Choice Roofing Solutions did a great job! They were respectful, professional, on time and on budget. They also cleaned up the job site well. My neighbor just told me that he now has “roof envy.” I didn’t even know that was a thing but my roof does look good. I would definitely recommend them to others. - Joe
