Shauna was amazing, and the place was tidy and modern. She helped explain how the machines worked and helped us set things up as we come from NZ and are new to this. I recommend this establishment and if you end up here you'll not only end up with clean clothes, but you'll be looked after. Thank you for everything Shauna, you made my day.

I've been coming here for almost a month and I don't know what I ever did before. This place is a dream. I initially came after reading a review about one of the employees bringing their baby and was intrigued. Today I finally got to meet Measha and her beautiful daughter. What a blessing this laundrymat is.

I stopped by leaving work because of the convenience and it was a very pleasant experience. Shauna was great and she stayed on top of the business. If needed I will return. There's even a book station. 📚😊

Very good service, Masheu & Art are always up beat welcoming us as soon as we stepping into the door. I love how fast the machines are, and they have a good promotions. Definitely keep me going back, goodbye to saving my quarters for laundry day. 😂

This laundry mat is amazing! The whole facility is very clean and the washer sanitize your clothes. I swear, if it was freezing in there, it would be almost hospital grade. Mr. Art made sure my loyalty card was punched and everyone else that came in was aware of the process. It’s card only but the dryers work and I don’t Waste my money guessing if it will dry and how much.

Shauna was so kind and helpful. She went over all the machines and how to acquire a card to pay. Currently washing my comforter in the 5 load machine and it fits perfectly.

Shauna who works at WaveMax at the 2611 location is the definition of a great employee. She was really nice and informed me of the rewards card. I honestly enjoy coming to WaveMax because it’s always clean, peaceful, and it’s a tap to pay service. Plus they have a vending machine and they sale laundry detergent if you need any.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at WaveMAX Laundry! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine smiles, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Misha was incredibly attentive, patient, and helpful—she took the time to explain how everything works so I never felt lost or unsure of where to start. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.

The washers and dryers were top-notch: super clean, fast, and efficient. My clothes came out smelling fresh and looking great, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The facility itself was spotless and well organized, making the whole experience even better.

Overall, this was hands down one of the best laundromat experiences I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service, amazing machines, and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend WaveMAX Laundry to anyone looking for a clean, fast, and friendly place to do their laundry!
