My tenants left me with a cracked and broken crisper drawer in my Kenmore Refrigerator. I texted Stan with all the information he needed and he found the part! He was very responsive when we texted back and forth. We set a date and time for the repair and he was punctual and professional. Stan also works on dishwashers and washer and dryers. If I should have any issues with any of my other appliances, I'm calling Stan!

We had a great experience! Our dryer had an issue on the weekend and they immediately responded and came out to help despite it being over the weekend and in the evening. They were also very flexible and worked around our schedule. Our technician was kind, knowledgeable and worked swiftly. He explained the issue throughly and promptly repaired it. The price was fair. I had a few follow up questions and they were very communicative and helpful. We’d highly recommend them for any appliance repair you may need.

Stan was great. I was missing the gas hose part for my dryer and he was kind enough to go to Home Depot for me twice and figure out the size and type of hose I needed. He didn’t give up until he was able to fix my problem. He converted my dryer from propane to natural gas and hooked it up for me. He even drove all the way to Fullerton from Hollywood to do this service for me. My dryer works perfectly now!! Thank you so much Stan I would highly recommend him and his services.

Stan was great from start to finish. The job turned out to be more involved than expected, including two return visits because of glitches with our older Miele washing machine. Despite the extra time required, Stan stuck with the job and his price was very fair. Communication was great, scheduling was easy, and Stan clearly takes pride in his work. I’d call him again in a heartbeat.

I will give 5 stars for Appliance Insight.
I used Stan for my dishwasher that was leaking water and hissing from underneath . I was able to pull out the dishwasher and could see that the unit connecting the hose had a hair line leak.
I called Appliance Insight as I google and the shop was near by.
I was able to send a pic and video and Stan said it was the water pump. I gave him the model number and he told me how to find the Dishwasher model on the side door .
He said it would be $220.00 for the repair and he came over the next day. Fixed and out in 30 minutes.
The price in my opinion was great . The pump was probably 80 to 100 bucks. Labor was the difference and well worth it. Honest, Dependable and fast .
I will use him again in a heartbeat .

We had a great experience with Stan, recommend him highly for your repair needs in the West Hollywood area! He came on short notice on a Sunday evening to repair our Whirlpool dryer which wasn't spinning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and our dryer was working smoothly within an hour!! He also provided some great advice for cleaning our washer gasket. The price was reasonable, and Stan is professional, fast, and so helpful!

I called Stan because my washing machine was jumping all over the place during the spin cycle. He said he could come by in about half an hour. And he did. He quickly diagnosed what parts were needed, went to get them, came back and fixed everything the same day. Super professional, knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. Stan's service was awesome! Called him in the morning. Dryer was fixed in the evening. Essentially my dryer was making a loud noise and stopped heating. I really wanted to watch youtube and fix it myself but thought let's see about a repair person. Stan arrived, assessed the issue, gave me a price, and resolved everything. I'll definitely reach out if I have other appliance issues.

Stan did an amazing job with my washer (replaced the pump and seal) and saved me $100s of dollars so I didn’t habe to replace it.
