Luis is the real deal. If you’re serious about buying or selling, don’t waste your time with housewives or part time real estate agents. Hire Luis M. Gonzalez. You will not regretted.

Luis found my husband and I our perfect property and negotiated like a pro, getting us extras we didn’t even think to ask for—including a vintage 1950's pool table worth thousands. More importantly, he knew the home was undervalued by at least $100K when we didn’t. In addition to that he gave us a white glove treatment. We were most impressed with his business acumen, his knowledge to negotiate. Overall, Luis is an extremely adept real estate agent.

When the seller tried to cancel escrow after getting massive interested buyers. Luis locked the deal down and made sure it closed. Without him, we would have lost the property—no question. Only a real estate agent that is dedicated to his profession 24/7 like Luis can do this. And because Luis is dedicated to only working in real estate is what led us to hire him to represent us as our real estate agent. Furthermore, my husband and I have decided that Luis will be our go to real estate agent.

And as time has gone by since we closed escrow. People are still knocking on our door asking to buy it. We let them know that the property is not for sale to contact our agent to help them find a Tuscan Estate similar to ours.

I must point out that Luis listened when we described to him the type of home we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail Luis presented us with.

Our previous realtor was a friend who is a housewife working in real estate. And while we gave it a try it quickly became clear that the level of experience just wasn’t there. Luis is on a completely different level. He protected our interests, he was always three steps ahead. He was able to foresee any potential obstacles before it presented. We are grateful for his extensive real estate experience, his professional demeanor to negotiate, his kindness and support in making sure escrow closed in a timely manner. Luis to us delivers results! I am sure that we are one of many real- Real Estate clients that are joyful to have hired Luis to represent us. Luis had his hands full with this one. 1home and 1 business to sell, both at same time, on a deadline. We only had 60 days to get them closed. He hit the ground running. He assisted us with contractors, inspections, and many hickups along the way. Above and beyond as we are out of state and couldn't be there to handle them. Both in escrow pretty quickly. Both fell out. The same day he had new buyers back in escrow. He not only met the deadline but beat it by a couple weeks. We couldn't be happier with the results he gave us. And he is a really nice guy. We would recommend Luis to anyone needing a home or one that has a home to sell.

Luis and his excellent team went over and above to assist us with multiple estate properties. We were out of state and Luis provided a one stop shop service.
