Ali worked with my wife and I to build our dream first home.

Ali was very insightful while evaluating various builders and their respective communities under construction in the Northern Virginia region. He was an excellent source of information and experience when reviewing the floor plans and features offered by the builders.

During the build process, Ali was extremely helpful with his advice on issues ranging from selecting the best possible lot within the community to determining which options and upgrades represent the best value for the money. He had extensive knowledge of the new construction process which made the entire experience very smooth.

The build process alone took approximately six months and Ali was at our side the entire time. He was communicating with the builder's representatives, the title company as well as the lender and managed to refer us to and arrange a home inspection with one of Northern Virginia's most qualified inspectors.

Ali was instrumental in helping us negotiate with the builder which allowed us to secure additional credits towards options/upgrades and closing cost assistance.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Ali's service and highly recommend him to anyone who needs professional real estates services.
