Keds is one of my favorite spots for desserts! I absolutely love their crepes—they're always delicious and satisfying. Their Shahi Falooda is a must-try, packed with great flavors and the perfect sweetness. My favorite ice creams are Cookies & Cream and Almond Pistachio Saffron; both are rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Every visit is a treat, and I highly recommend Keds to anyone looking for quality desserts and ice cream!

I ordered a scoop of ice cream and a Shahi Falooda. The ice cream scoop I received was barely the size of a tablespoon, yet I was charged $4.49 for it. The employee who took my order appeared to be new, so I politely asked another staff member about the portion size. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she responded rudely, saying that this was the standard portion and that she could “throw it away and add another scoop” if I wanted. The dismissive attitude made it clear that customer concerns were not being taken seriously.

The Shahi Falooda was equally disappointing. It was essentially just milk and vermicelli (semiya), with no rose syrup, flavor, or the ingredients that typically make a falooda enjoyable. It looked incomplete and tasted bland.

For the prices being charged, the quality, portion sizes, and customer service were far below expectations. I left feeling that I did not receive what I paid for. Unless management improves both service standards and product quality, I would not recommend this place.

Thanks for having Lavender Ice Cream. I was visiting family in Virginia, went to city center ice cream and they had new Lavender. Been craving every since. Visiting Family here for Thanksgiving and I googled and found y'all. Lavender with honey taste just the same. I appreciate the kindness and professional customer service. Absolutely delicious! I love the wide array of flavors that you can get here at Ked's. There is everything from standard chocolate and sweet cream to international flavors like kulfi and paan. And in addition to the superb ice cream (made in house) they do crepes, milkshakes, and other sweet treats. We don't get up here as often as I would like, but when I'm in the area with some time to burn, it's a welcome stop! BTW, today I got kulfi and salted caramel crunch. An excellent pairing, if I do say so myself!

This ice cream shop holds immense potential to attract a diverse crowd, thanks to its wide variety of flavors and generally tasty offerings. While some flavors could benefit from slight improvement, the quality of the ice cream is commendable overall.

However, the experience is marred by poor management and a lack of cleanliness. The shop is extremely filthy, with no apparent effort to maintain a tidy environment. For me, cleanliness is non-negotiable, and sitting in such a messy space is out of the question.

Additionally, the cost of the ice cream feels a bit steep, especially when the overall experience doesn’t measure up to expectations.

In summary, while the ice cream itself shows promise, the management needs to prioritize cleanliness and enhance the ambiance to truly make this place appealing. Until then, it’s hard to justify a return visit.

I recently visited Ked's Artisan Ice Cream & Treats and was impressed by their selection of delicious ice cream flavors! They offer classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla, alongside more adventurous options that I haven't seen elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending flavors based on my preferences. The atmosphere is also inviting and perfect for a sweet treat.

Overall, I had a great experience at Ked's and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delicious ice cream experience in Dallas.
