I love coming here. I get my lip fillers done here and always have a great experience. Everyone is so welcoming, and Wesley at the front is always friendly and makes me feel comfortable as soon as I walk in.

I love my lips and am so happy with the results every time. I definitely recommend this place if you’re thinking about getting lip filler or any other treatment. They really make you feel taken care of.

Following Botox and filler injections, I am left with a significantly lopsided smile and a visible dent in my cheek. When I returned for an in-person follow-up, the injector agreed that it looked slanted but gaslit my concerns, claiming the asymmetry was “slight” and that “'only I noticed it.” I escalated this to management and was equally dismissed and my concerns minimized and got told this would wear off in a week—a medically inaccurate statement for Botox, which we know lasts months. I’ve dropped over $3000 at this office within a week and planned to spend more on other treatments and to be treated with such an appalling slap in the face in the form of a $30 refund and a $50 gift card offer while being gaslit and dismissed is distasteful to say the least. Manager also claimed that a lopsided smile is common lol. I relied on their expertise as a qualified injector.

I have always had a great experience at Blue Spa. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service is top-notch. I go here for many different services and I have never been disappointed. Making an appointment is super easy and they can often time get you in same day or within a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend Blue Spa.

I’ve been going to Blue for years. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional. They proactively notify me of specials and follow up after each treatment to make sure I am satisfied. Each time I go, they answer questions I have, and I have never felt like they tried to oversell me or over inject me like some places do. On my last visit I got an injection bruise (as can happen) and they immediately reached out to discuss and help me with mitigating and lessening the bruising and followed up at least two more times.

Also, they validate parking in the lot behind their shopping center so while the street can feel chaotic when on Ventura, parking is actually quite easy.

Highly recommend!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with the treatment and Service from Blue Medi Spa! I had Botox at treatment at other local Spa's that I feel were diluting the product with terrible or no results! I am completely satisfied with Blue Medi 💙 Spa!

I love going to Blue, it’s always so clean and the staff is super friendly! I did my Dysport and Lip filler by Maranda, she’s super knowledgeable and really helped me boost my confidence. She recommends for me to come in every three months for my Dysport, I can’t wait to go back!! Highly recommend this place!!!
