I reached out to the Miami office after feeling stuck with an old credit issue I couldn’t resolve on my own. They walked me through everything step by step and helped me understand what was affecting my score. The process took some patience, but I started seeing changes sooner than I expected. What I appreciated most was that they kept me updated without me having to chase them. It felt like dealing with a team that actually cared about progress, not just taking on another client.
