Johnathan was our appraiser and he did an incredible job organizing our home repairs and scheduling with the solar panel removal company. They all worked together with the roofers to get our job done. The crews were very knowledgeable and very professional and did a wonderful job getting our roof dune very quickly. Working with Jonathan had been a marvelous experience. The overall experience was smooth and gave me a real peace of mind as someone who is new to home ownership and leaks.

He was responsive and attentive to my needs. He walked through the itemized quote with me line by line, explaining in details what was being done to my roof and what issue it will solve.

He even drove back out to perform a post inspection after the fix was done to make sure everything is in order.

We had Orezona put a new roof on our previous home and was very happy with their work and rate. Having moved away and now returned to the Albany area, there was only one company to call when we needed repair after the wind storm. Jason was quick to respond to my panicked message, first thing in the morning. The crew was here the same day. They were polite, ahead of schedule,and worked quickly and cleanly, they walked the whole roof to evaluate for any other potential problem areas. We consider them “Our roofers”. 😊
