Have dealt with this distributor for MANY years. They occasionally make a mistake, (don't we all?) but ALWAYS find a way to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I like to see that they are evolving as a company to better serve their customers. They make me feel VALUED as a customer by listening and addressing special requests, by bending over backwards to help me & my business be better at what we do here, at Coastal Business Machines.
