Our family switched to using Victory about 1 year ago-excellent choice! They are always very clear about what needs to be done, they clearly explain your options and pricing is more than fair. When checking my car in the other day they took a call from a woman who needed help badly-since she lived very close by, they offered to go to her house and jump her car so she could get it into the shop. As a woman, I was extremely impressed-that is going way above and beyond!

Superb experience. You always know you're at a reputable mechanic when your 9-year old car goes through a 54 point inspection and they are not trying to sell services you don't need. That was precisely my experience yesterday.

Great shop. Friendly. Communication was great.

Friendly and welcoming place! Went to get some new tires and wheels mounted on my Lexus IS350, alongside fixing a mistake I made on a TPMS sensor.

Chase, Jesse, and the rest of the team were great! We chatted about cars and they kept me updated as they worked on my tires/wheels.

Will continue to come here for services and repairs!

This location is amazing! Chase was super friendly, very informative, and overall such a great help. I came in with some issues after another shop made some repairs, and Chase explained everything, and worked to get the repairs done quickly! Would recommend this shop to anyone needing car maintenance or repairs in general!

Victory Tire and Auto on West River Road is the best automotive shop in the area. I heard nothing but good things about them so I decided to give them a shot. They fixed up my 22 Subaru WRX ABS light issue so quick and made me feel like family right away.. I was extremely impressed. Jesse, Brett, and Chase are the best in the business and I will be sending everyone I know to them from now on. Thank again guys for getting me back on the road!!!
