Check-in is quick and simple. Unload is timely. Only issue I had was the unloader took down the load bar beam that I have in place to keep my "air return" upright at the front of the trailer. Then, he just left it in the floor rather than putting it back up. Not cool.

First time here, plenty of room for backing. was late due previous load, broker didn't notify them, so paid late fee, but put immediately in door and started unloading. one of the nicest and quickest facilities I've been to in 16 years of driving. Staff were nice and professional, also helpful, great place!!

Had 9am appointment checked in at 6:30am and unloaded at 8:30am. Very friendly staff. Overnight parking. Clean restroom. Great place! Got a new cap for a 5-Star review. They definitely rate the 5 Stars.

Was late for my appointment but the staff was super nice. Got me in first thing in the morning. In the door and unloaded quick. Nice place and they have a bathroom for the drivers and snack machines.

Quick, easy, and professional. From check in to the loaders, everyone was courteous and knew their job. Was in and out faster than expected. They have a great driver's lounge and clean facilities. What more could a driver ask for? 10/10 would recommend.

I had a 1 p.m. appointment and they let me back into a door a couple hours early. It took 2 hours to load me and I was off. The young lady at the shipping and receiving desk was extremely friendly to me.
