I highly recommend The Toronto Sauna Co. TJ was excellent to work with and was hands on helping in what was a more difficult install & very responsive to service needs afterwards. I am very happy with how the Neptune sauna turned out, perfectly placed to enjoy the view of the backyard, even in the winter.

TJ was very good at communicating and promptly answered all of my question. The product was delivered on time and installed expertly. The product quality was excellent. We are very happy that we went with Toronto Sauna. The chimney bracket was the incorrect one but TJ corrected this and installed the correct one within 5 days.

Excellent customer service and products! We used The Toronto Sauna Co to install a new roof on our sauna this summer, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Our sauna now looks (and feels) brand new. Highly recommend them!
