After completing my treatment, Dr. Heinrichs' office asked me to glance back and type up a review. Below is my effort.

Dr. Koob, a dentist working out of Centennial Dental Clinic, when writing up a referral for me to see Dr. Heinrichs, mentioned the following: 'On the way here (Martensville) you drive by numerous orthodontists, and yet I am sending you across town (to Stonebridge) because Dr. Heinrichs, as a specialist in his field, is not one of the best; he is the best.' Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Heinrichs proved that his colleague's remark was not simply a bold statement; he lived up to it and did indeed justify its validity.

My treatment was rather complex and lasted one month short of three years. Dr. Heinrichs acknowledged the complexity of my case and described my treatment as 'multi-factorial'. I sincerely appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns and hear me out. He and I talked at length about the progress of us working together - him making adjustments and me complying with them. I was and still am very involved in my treatment, reading up on orthodontic research in medical journal articles. Dr. Heinrichs, to his great credit, was open to discussing them in order to help settle my nerves. When my lines of inquiry were outside the scope of his training he would acknowledge them as such and express willingness to refer me to a more appropriate specialist.

As an aside, I would also like to mention his staff, his team. They most definitely help him be the specialist that he is. As his patient, they helped me as well. I would like to mention two with whom I interacted the most - Kailey and Amanda. Very courteous, understanding and helpful.

So, in conclusion, Dr. Heinrichs proved Dr. Koob correct. He is the best.

I am extremely happy and grateful that I chose Dr. Heinrichs for my braces treatment. It was one of the best decisions I have made. My treatment lasted approximately 18–24 months, and I started noticing positive changes within the first three months of the journey.I am very happy with the results and feel much more confident about my smile now.
I was also impressed by the clinic and the staff. Everything was always clean and well organized. The team was incredibly cooperative, professional, and genuinely happy to help. They always seemed to enjoy what they do, which created a very welcoming environment.
I would especially like to thank Janet. She is wonderful, and her work is excellent. She was always calm, patient, and kind throughout my treatment. She truly made the experience even better.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Heinrichs! - I got braces at 18 and they made sure I understood everything every step of the way! Dr. Heinrichs personality and knowledge is outstanding and he makes you not feel nervous about the whole process!

I recently had to get my wire fixed and the staff are absolutely LOVELY every time I come in and Janet even remembered me from 7 years ago!

I'm so grateful that this is where I decided to get braces! I wouldn't change a thing! :)

I have been a regular patient of this clinic for about a year now. The clinic is always spotless and organized. The atmosphere is peaceful. This is the absolute best orthodontist and team, seriously. I'm an anxious person and a worrier when it comes to medical things. But doctor Heinrichs and his team are personable, compassionate, respectful, gentle and treat you with dignity. I don't feel anxious when I go to appointments, and doctor Heinrichs really knows what he's doing, I think this man could perfect a smile in his sleep. You're in good hands here, what more could you ask for in a clinic and orthodontist?!

A bit about my current treatment:
I'm 22, female with a class III bite and a moderately recessed maxilla. After extensively reading reviews and talking to people, I selected Heinrichs orthodontics. Honestly, I was like "How is anybody going to fix the problem I have?". I'm nowhere near done my treatment but this man has seriously done some amazing things for me, to the point where I've had people ask me when I'm getting my braces off because they look so straight and so much better now!!! If you need an exposure and bond, wisdom teeth removal and orthognathic surgery like I do, the people he recommends you to are absolutely amazing as well!! Like I'm floored with my experiences!

I will write a second review after my treatment is complete, with pictures and a timeline! 100 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Heinrichs and team!

My daughter now has beautiful teeth. She loves looking at her teeth in the mirror because they are so different from when we started. The staff at Heinrichs are super nice and patient. We enjoyed our visits, which were quick and informative. They were also fun because we got new colour bands each time. It all went by so fast. Thank you!
