Says on the window opened daily at 5:45am. Yet the weekend lady opens the doors at 6:15am and 6:20am. Been 5 Saturdays and Sundays and doors open at 6:15am, 6:17am, 6:20am. Are the hours different on weekends? If so, you should change the window schedule. Punctuation should be key.

The station is clean inside as is the bathroom. You must be a customer to utilize the bathroom. An Amtrak pro-tip, since I have been riding the rails (🤣) since I was a child, is
👏🏻CHECK👏🏻YOUR👏🏻 BAG👏🏻! It’s free! It ensures no one will touch or move your bag who is trying to find their own space etc…I see so many people board the train who would benefit from this FREE perk. I think it also helps with efficiency of the train loading and unloading passengers.
Now if only Amtrak the company would bring back the Cafe cart for these long train rides up and down the Central Valley.

The station was uncomfortably stinky, with a strong urine odor throughout. It’s disappointing that customers are left to wait in such conditions, especially since going outside isn’t a reasonable option in the summer heat when temperatures reach the 100s. Riders are paying customers and deserve a clean, comfortable environment while waiting for delayed trains. A better-maintained station would make the experience much more enjoyable and respectful to everyone using the service.

On January 26th, I road the Amtrak from Fresno to Stockton‼️It's been a long time since I road on a Train, so I didn't know what to expect‼️ I'm a big guy, so being comfortable is not that easy in tight spaces‼️Luckily, I didn't have to have anyone sit next to me and the ride was pretty smooth‼️

The driver made up some time, after being a little behind, due to do many passengers‼️The free snacks and refreshments got me through my ride‼️All-in-all, it wasn't a bad trip at all and I'm sure I'll be riding the Fresno Amtrak again soon, since I can't drive‼️
