I recently used Hexa Coworking Space for a headshot and branding session, and it was fantastic! Paul was incredibly welcoming, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. The space itself is beautiful and perfect for photography. It has amazing natural light and a variety of unique areas to shoot in, so every photo has a different look and feel. It's rare to find a location that offers so much versatility in one place. I highly recommend Hexa to photographers, content creators, and anyone looking for a modern, professional space. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been to Hexa for several meetings and hosted an event in their event center here recently. Booking was super easy and details were communicated well. Their IT guy was really helpful too—thank goodness for him helping us navigate a tricky hybrid video call.

The space is beautifully designed—love that I can pop outside to the shaded courtyard and koi pond when I need to reset my mind. And the chef-prepared lunches are ridiculously good. There’s a great variety of healthy and internationally inspired options. The entire space is always clean and folks are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at HEXA Coworking. The space itself is awesome, but the people are what really make it. Paul and Eric are amazing—super helpful and always making sure we have what we need. Honestly, everyone in the building is friendly and easy to work with.

We’re currently renting out the gym for Jeanetix Fitness, and the setup has been perfect for us. If you’re looking for a solid place to work or grow a business in Richardson, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

I had a great experience at HEXA Coworking. There are plenty of different spaces to work from, whether you need quiet focus or a more open setup. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, and having 24-hour access is a plus.

I also appreciated the proper office chairs and monitors available in the coworking area. The CEO/manager is kind, attentive, and clearly cares about the space and its members.

Overall, this is the best coworking space I’ve used. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and very lovely work place here. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous common areas and lots of space for various different types of work to get done. You can tell this is a secret weapon behind many successful people, if you need proof, just take a stroll through the parking lot and you'll know exactly what I mean.

I work remote and discovered HEXA after the co-working facility I previously had been using kept going downhill. I've now been using HEXA for 10 months and it has been fantastic!

Staffing:
-The front desk is always staffed and the manager (Paul Johnson) is almost always there onsite for any issues that come up.
-The rest of the staff is fantastic as well. Eric is on top of all facilities maintenance and networking and the cleaning staff is constantly making sure the floors, restrooms, and break room are spotless. Cleanest restrooms of any coworking I've used.

Sound:
-The floorplan is divided out enough that there aren't huge echo chambers and it is typically mostly quiet during the day.
-There are a handful of closed phone/meeting rooms when you have a Teams meeting or phone call. Some people used to hang out there all day, but Paul made sure that people know that these are only for TEMPORARY use.

Amenities:
-There is an onsite gym that is included in your fee
-Break room has coffee (Keurig) and cups, plus sugar/creamer
-Print stations are available for any printing needs
-Snack/Drink vending machine
-Onsite kitchen has lunch specials for purchase

Infrastructure:
-Plenty of power outlets everywhere
-HON task chairs are very comfortable and well made
-Internet access is fast and secured through a managed Fortinet AP system
-Building access through Alta Open app
-Lockers available if you want to leave your equipment overnight or on lunch breaks

Areas for Improvement:
-I'm a coffee snob (fresh roasted single-origin ground at home and pulled on my Gaggia at home, thank you), so the coffee is pretty terrible. Amazon Happy Belly K-cups are provided, which taste like watered-down sludge water. I typically bring my own coffee.
-Temperature is COLD. HVAC is typically set to 70-71F, sometimes down to 69F even in summer. Bring a jacket or coat, you've been warned.
-Would be nice if some of the open seating areas had dividers. Some coworkers tend to use speaker phone or laptop speakers for long calls so you get to hear EVERYTHING from both sides of the conversations.

I was looking around for a good co-working location after trying out others in the past. When I found HEXA co-working Richardson. It is far better than other co-working places I tried. They make working here convenient for you unlike other places where I had to fit into what they wanted. The staff is very helpful and always around to help on whatever you need. It’s a great location, secure, they are knowledgeable, and very convenient for a good price. Definitely recommend over other co-working places.

I booked a workout room last-minute, and Jason was very accommodating and professional, and super responsive.

The facility is so clean you could eat off a weight bench. It was quiet, and the rest of the facility was a very nice place to be, and the little courtyard with ponds and koi fish are so peaceful.

I was just passing through, but if I lived near Plano, TX, I'd definitely make use of this facility all the time.

Amazing space to work. Incredible atmosphere, amenities, support, and staff. Always a smile on my face working here and being apart of this community. Having an office that doesn't even make you feel like you're working is hard to come by. 10/10
