While most of the crew worked very hard to clean our home, there was a thief among them. The company said they went through protocols but nothing was found. Well, of course no one would admit they stole from a home. I am 100% sure that one of the girls consistently took items from my home. Never anything expensive, but I noticed items disappearing from the linen closet when I went to get the items. My handicap placards disappeared. The one item I was wanting returned was a personal item from my dad. I am sure they did not press the staff too hard, but that was the last straw.
Be careful who you let in your home. Maybe at least they fired her.

I’m disappointed with my experience with this company. To be clear, the cleaner herself did a great job—the actual cleaning was thorough and well done. Unfortunately, the issue is with the company’s pricing transparency and communication.

After the service, we were charged extra. I knew it was possible for the inital clean, however, our basement did not get cleaned at all. When I questioned the additional charge, I was told that the quote was to only clean first and second levels of homes. This restriction was never disclosed upfront—neither during booking nor in any communication.

I provided the total square footage of our home (2,091 sq ft) from the beginning, which accurately reflects the livable space. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, the company went back and forth with me and tried to justify the charge by referencing Zillow, claiming we had 732 sq ft of “underground” space. This was frustrating because the square footage I provided already included all finished living areas, and no one clarified any exclusions before the service.

If the company has specific limitations or pricing rules about certain parts of a home, those absolutely need to be communicated clearly upfront—not after the fact when billing.
Again, the cleaner did excellent work, but due to the lack of transparency and extra charges, I would hesitate to use this company again.

The mother/daughter team who run this are rude/pleasant to deal with. I started using their service to clean my home in May 2025 and the cleaning was JUST OK, and inconsistent depending on who got sent, but I appreciated someone always showed up and I got sent systemic reminders. The systemic nagging for tips got annoying, and the quality wasn't really worthy of tips, so I started ignoring the text messages. After 10 months of cleaning, the mother Juli calls me in March 2026 and says that my price was underquoted and she was raising the rate by $51 (38%). She had looked up my house online and the square footage was much higher. I reminded her that I am only having 1 of 4 bedrooms cleaned and I gave an accurate square footage for cleaning. She responded that "after comparing the actual scope ... it was initially entered with incorrect details for square footage and rooms and the basement cleaning was not included in the original estimate even though it has been part of the service." I reminded her that no one is cleaning my unfinished basement and the information up front was accurate. Juli corrected herself about the basement, but stated the new quote was still valid for the services. I asked her to break down the charges for me and she couldn't do it, she continued to dance around her reasoning for the correction to my rate. She said the girl(s) spent 4 hours at my house, she tracks them with GPS, but aside from the initial in-depth clean I paid for, no one had ever spent 4 hours at my home. I was here and on average they spent 2.5-2.75 hours cleaning. I'm still shocked that Juli runs her business this way. I wish her and Roxan good luck with this business model.

They are always efficient. They are also always willing to work with me. I was able to gift a clean as a housewarming present to my friend as well. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

My wife and I have been very pleased with both the Deep Cleaning and the Standard Cleaning that Darian has been doing at our house. She is also an excellent trainer of new employees. The walls, counters, floors, pictures, etc. look so much better after they have finished. My only regret is that I should have hired them several years ago.

I cannot recommend My Maid Service of Cincinnati enough! My husband and I have had a few different house cleaners in the past and nothing comes close to the service we receive from My Maid Service!

We always have a consistent cleaner (Sherry T, Olivia N and recently Hannah S). All of them are AMAZING! They do a wonderful job and our house always smells fresh and clean when we get home. Another added bonus that we appreciate so much is that these wonderful ladies are fantastic with our dogs! They are so friendly and patient with our dogs who are VERY excited to see them every time they’re at our house. We’re so appreciative of the work they do!
