If you want HONEST, AFFORDABLE, service, call Waller. If you want to get ripped off, call someone else. I had 2 other quotes. Both of the others tried telling me my system couldn't be fixed that I needed a completely new system. That was a lie. And those quotes were still higher than Waller. Waller's prices for coming out, even on weekends, and their maintenance plans, are much cheaper than the other two. These other companies are some of the most popular companies. The professionalism, efficient repairs, and quality of their service is ABSOLUTELY UNMATCHED. They are awsome!!! Call them and find out. They service all over South Georgia. Call and speak to Morgan. He'll take good care of you!!

We have called Waller H&A on a couple of occasions and have been consistently impressed by their exceptional customer service and fair pricing. Scheduling was simple, the technician arrived promptly, and they were both professional and knowledgeable. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and walk us through available options.

We had a compressor go out in our 17 year old AC unit and called Waller Heating & Air and they came out less than 2 hours later to inspect it. Morgan and his team were very helpful and explained to us how much it would be for repair versus a new unit. Once we decided we’d rather have a new unit installed Morgan and his team moved quick and had an entire new system up and running in our home within 48 hours. 10/10 would recommend going with this company they made the process quick and seamless!

I have been using Waller Heating & Air Conditioning for close to 2 years now and WILL NOT GO TO ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!

Originally, I had a different local company (R&S) come out when my AC quick blowing cold. That company said my unit was no good and needed to be completely replaced to the tune of over $10,000.00+ and made me go through the whole Sales Man with Manager Close, Dog and Pony Show! They were very pushy, and we're trying to rush me into signing their contract. I felt like I was being railroaded. I wouldn't sign the paperwork same day and the sales manager then started blowing up my phone several times a day for a few days. I reached out to Waller for a second opinion and they sent out their tech Tyson. He spoke with me for a few minutes to understand what my concerns were and what had been happening with my AC Unit. He did several different test in order to come to his own conclusion & diagnosis. He determined that my Schrader Valve was bad and had allowed all my Freon to leak out.

***For informational purposes, a Schrader Valve is basically the same thing as your tire value that you use to put air into your car's tires. A Very Cheap little item***

Tyson replaced the Schrader Valve so that he could vacuum down the system to test for leaks. Once he did that, he said I had no leaks and it just needed Freon. Since it was completely empty, it did take quite a bit of Freon to fill it. That being said though; it was much less expensive than the $10K+ that (R&S) tried to coerce me into paying for a completely new system!!

Waller operates with honesty and integrity! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Very disappointing experience with Waller Heating & Air Conditioning.

I had them come out on 03/09/26 because my unit wasn’t coming on. Within about 5 minutes of arrival, the technician reset the unit and it started working again. However, he stayed for several more hours and performed additional work without clearly explaining what was being done or getting approval beforehand. I was then presented with a bill.

The issue continued, so they returned on 03/17/26. During that visit, the technician gave multiple different possible causes over the course of several hours (fan, coil, ducts, etc.) before finally saying it was the blower motor. When I asked for the model number, he never went back inside to properly verify it and instead gave incomplete information.

I was also told there would be no charge for the follow-up visit, but I was still charged. During this visit, the technician also requested cash payment, which was concerning.

I have now paid nearly $400 and still do not have a working system.

I attempted to resolve this directly with the company and gave them multiple opportunities to respond, but I have received no follow-up.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I used Waller Heating and Air Conditioning on Southern Tire Mart's new warehouse in South GA. I dealt with Chad Slaughter and his team. Chad went above and beyond to make sure their service was top notch. I am grateful chose to use Waller Heating and Air Conditioning for my project. Just letting you know you guys/gals are top notch. Ive been in this field with industrial electrical & control systems for a long time. Your appointment staff, scheduling and technician was very prompt, curious and knowledgeable.  I love helping as I miss this troubleshooting work but I didnt have to. As our unit is newer and under warranty, the tech had the replacement parts in the truck and we got it fixed quickly. Waller did the system for my new build home and followed up with me to balance out the system to my liking. I was pleased with the installation and impressed with their quick response to rebalancing the system to my personal preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend Waller to anyone.
