1 star is being generous. I was given the run around and was Never given the actual gift card. I ended up cancelling my order with Raymour and Flannigan. $25 wasn't a deal breaker but I didn't appreciate being treated the way Elite and R&F treated me.

Excellent Customer Service. Once I was able to get the contact info I had no problem at all. Sent what was required thinking it would be put on my follow up but within 10 minutes I had an email response and my reward was on the way. Thanks so much. Make my day. Kathy

Maya went above and beyond to resolve a shipping issue. FedEx dropped the ball but Maya was able to track down my grill and had it re-shipped. It’s very refreshing when a company follows up on an issue. Much appreciated!!!
