JDS redid our master bath. JD and his team are great to work with. Very professional and kept the work area very clean. He listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions that improved the outcome. Kitchen comes next.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with JD Scott Construction on several home renovation projects over the past 3–4 years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our first major project with JD was a complete basement remodel, and the results were outstanding. He transformed what was once an underused space into a beautifully functional area that includes a laundry room, home gym, bathroom, and a dedicated crafting area. Every detail—from layout to finishes—was thoughtfully planned and executed with care and precision.

Since then, JD has continued to exceed our expectations with other projects, including a total redesign of our walk-in pantry that has made our kitchen far more organized and efficient, as well as the finishing of our carriage house apartment, which is now a fully livable and inviting space.

JD is a true professional—punctual, communicative, and committed to quality craftsmanship. He brings creative solutions to the table and always makes sure the work is done right. We’ve appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and the pride he takes in his work.

If you’re looking for a contractor you can trust to bring your vision to life with integrity and excellence, JD Scott Construction is the one to call.

JD and his team were a dream to work with during our complete kitchen renovation. What impressed us the most was his reliability of sticking to the timelines he gave us, the high quality work of his team, and how clean he and his team kept the work space. He also gave thoughtful suggestions along the way, for example, knowing that one day we hope to renovate a bathroom, he suggested installing the electrical wiring we needed from the basement up to the 2nd level while the walls were already torn out for the kitchen renov, saving us from having to cut holes in the kitchen to run wiring whenever we are ready to do the bathroom. Highly recommend to others considering renovations!

On a recommendation from a client, I contacted JDS Construction to get an estimate on renovating my kitchen and baths. The owner was quick to reach out regarding the project and had the estimate to me within 48 hours. I have yet to start the project on my personal home but have seen the quality of their work in my client's home as well as a close friend who used them, and I can confidently say that I am lookimg forward to having JDS Construction handle the renovation on my home. I'll update again once my project is complete!
