My wife and I had a "date night" on 9/13/25 and "Matt" was a driver. The vehicle was clean and "Matt" was excellent! We also had pleasant conversation with him. I want him to be our driver again when we use Universal Limousine. Michael

Great driver- very punctual and kind. Very nice and brand suburban. Really enjoyed the experience and knew the roads well. The driver Nitesh was so wonderful! If needing transport in Sacramento area —airport etc, this is a fantastic choice. Thank you!

A vehicle was scheduled to pick us up from the airport. Called to find out the status of the vehicle. Andrew first stated the driver was running late and if he was not there, they will arrange for a cab.
Once we were ready to go, call again just to have Andrew be condescending and to remind me to just take a cab. Thanks Andrew, wonderful customer service… so instead of arranging a scheduling a service, save yourself the trouble and take a cab, and do not call Andrew, he is not in the mood to help you..

Since we made Davis our base for hotels and the rehearsal dinner but our wedding venue (Park Winters) was about 30 minutes away, with dark country roads, we decided it would be best to get a shuttle. I thought it would be a tricky scheduling process, but Melody and her team were excellent and a great value! I shopped around for different shuttle buses, but Universal had the best price. I felt very confident everything would go smoothly, as they had worked with my venue before. I heard from my guests that the bus was great and the driver was super friendly. It’s really not that much extra $$, and it made my guest experience a lot safer and smoother. Totally worth it!

We chose to use Universal to rent a mini coach for our wedding. The quote was slightly higher than one we had in-hand but Linda in customer service was so amazingly helpful that we chose to use Universal. Linda went above and beyond to ensure we had the coach we needed on the day we needed, and picked up my calls at hours that she frankly should not have. The coach was on time, Sonny, the driver was friendly, and the guests said everything went well. Thank you Linda and Universal!
