I've been using this car wash for 6 years. The staff has always been nice but the services and amenities have been declining while the prices have gone up. The dryers on the way out are not effective. As the awnings over the stalls have broken down they are not replaced. Now there is no shade. The equipment is frequently broken and for long periods of time. For example, the air guns to get water out of grill, etc. Vacuum attachments separate from the hoses. And the towels always smell sour and leave your hands smelling sour. Just not worth it anymore. I canceled my membership today and will try another option.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and you can instantly tell when someone actually takes pride in what they do — Daniel brings that every single time. He moves with purpose, stays on top of everything, and somehow still manages to make every customer interaction feel genuine.

What stands out most is that he doesn’t just “help” customers — he connects with them. You’re not just another car in line. Whether it’s a quick greeting, remembering faces, or just making sure people leave in a better mood than they arrived, he’s intentional about it.

You don’t see that kind of consistency and attitude often, especially in fast-paced environments.

If every location had someone like Daniel, the experience would be on a completely different level.

Superstar car Wash is one of the best places because it's easy to get in and out. They also have vacuums for your car so you can clean it out after you get a good wash. I think the price is reasonable knowing that you can get unlimited washers everyday. This sure beats the old days where you would go to a gas station and pay $10 for one wash and some gas stations are as high as $15 for one wash. Stop using the old way and switch to superstar car Wash today 😊.

DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED.

No protections or even staff awareness or assistance when anything goes wrong. Guy in front of me stopped (according to my dashcam, through the whole incident, he was stopped for nearly 2 mins without any employee intervention), so I got pushed into him. Sitting there honking with like 3 other people while the track tries to push us forward again.

Also, the guy in front had a window screen in the back of his truck that blew out and hit my hood and fender. Obviously nobody checked the back of the truck either.

No help from staff, even after the person who caused all this woke up and moved. No follow up while I sat and made sure my car was okay. Is nobody monitoring what's going on inside of the wash?! Never again, I got to come out with a messed up plate, a new scratch on my fender, and my car is still filthy to top it all off!

Stopped by Super Star Car Wash at Escondido today, and the whole experience was quick, smooth, and worth it. The staff guided me through the process, got the car in right away, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The wash quality was solid — the exterior came out clean, the wheels looked great, and the drying was done well without streaks.

I also liked the small touches, like the complimentary air freshener and the clean setup around the vacuums. The equipment worked properly, and the place felt organized, which made the whole visit easy and stress‑free.

Overall, a reliable and convenient stop for a quick, quality wash.

This car wash is of extremely poor quality. They don’t even wash the back of your car. I’ve informed the staff about this, but they told me to “run it again,” which unfortunately resulted in the same outcome. I won’t be returning and have canceled my membership. I’ve tried calling to express my frustrations and see if we could resolve these issues, but their customer service is completely lacking. The automated phone recording instructs me to go to their website and write them a message, promising a response in three days. This is unacceptable. I will never do business with anyone who doesn’t have proper customer service. I can’t just pick up the phone and call…. Weird…

This is by far the best car wash I have been to ! The staff here is so friendly and so welcoming the very moment you drive in. I believe I met the GM tonight, Chad, who was so kind and knowledgeable about all the different offers I could choose between. I never felt rushed and he really took the time to explain to me what was the best option was and how great of a deal the monthly membership is. THEN I lost my ring in the vacuum….. i ran over to Chad and he was so kind to pull apart the vacuum and help me find it!!!! I rarely write reviews, but I had too tonight. This is by far one of the best car washes I have been too, with staff that actually cares and are genuinely good people. Thank you Chad for all your patience tonight, it really means so much!!!

Super friendly car wash that has everything you need! Edwin the GM was happy to help out and give us some extra dash wipes and air fresheners since we needed some. We love coming here!
