Excellent service. Giovani went above and beyond. Even in the heat, he spent a long time up on the roof, checking out my system and making it run better. He was very polite and took the time to explain what he saw. He recommended I get the coils, professionally cleaned, but he did not try to sell me on it right away. I’ve tried a lot of different air-conditioning companies, but I’m going to stick with Esser from now on..

I have been using Esser for maintenance and repair of my older system. I have found them to be very thorough and willing to help me extend the life. Rueben was here most recently and he was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I LOVE ESSER AIR. Just had service appt from Giovanni. Showed up right on time and was Very knowledgeable about my system and did an excellent job on the service. He even put a new filter and everything , I didn’t even have to ask! They installed my air and heat like 5 years ago and it’s still PERFECT! The air conditioning can make the house like a refrigerator if I want. Thanks Giovanni and Zack and everyone at Esser air I am so happy I chose u guys!!

Giovanni was very professional and knowledgable about out 2 system set up. He made great recommendations and updated our system so they work efficiently….and when he didn’t have the right size filter on his truck, he followed thru and comae back the next day with the necessary filters. That’s the first time a service rep has done that as all other providers don’t ever have the size either, but they never come back like they say they will. It was time to update some things based on the wear on our units and he did the work quickly and we felt the cost was reasonable. We will be calling them again in 6 months for our next check up!

I had Esser to send a technician to service and check up our AC, heater and also water heater.
The technician who came by, Douglas, was very thorough in his work and examined everything very well and made a superb health report about them that l received later on and on the same day!
Very happy with his professionalism and also his friendly attitude.

Highly recommend.

Luis Carlos Oliva was a fine technician. After he did some preliminary examination, he thoroughly explained to me what the condition of my system was and what needed to be done. In addition to the regular service, he found several things that needed to be fixed or upgraded. When he was doing the work I could tell that he cared about the quality of his product and was very thorough in the details. I enjoyed talking to him and would feel very comfortable recommending him AND his work. In knowledge, people skills, and ability, he seems far beyond his years. I'm happy to give him five stars, the highest mark, and would be pleased to have him continue to do regular maintenance on my equipment.

We never call anyone else but Esser. Luis Carlos Oliva serviced our AC unit last week. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing. Zach was professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He identified if there were any issues and showed me things that looked great and things that may cause issues in the near future. Never any pressure, just good information and you could take it or leave. He was on time and kept me informed along the way too. I highly recommend Esser after a very positive experience and will keep using them.
