Kathleen Cahill is an outstanding and extremely professional attorney. Ms. Cahill helped me get through the worst eight months of my life. She kept me focused and positive throughout the whole process. She allowed me to get my job back with back pay after being wrongfully terminated which she proved. She was with me every step of the way. I can't thank her enough for what she has done for me and my family throughout this very difficult time. I submitted an inquiry about help with a non compete agreement with my former employer to Kathleen Cahill late at night. She responded early the next day with setting up a time to talk. She reviewed both contracts I had with that employer and came up with a plan. A cease and desist threat was made to me from the former employer so time was of the essence. She got in contact with them and had a 11 minute converation. That was the end of the threat. She has been very communicative by email and professional throughout. I am so glad I chose her to represent me!! Thank you Kathleen. You rock!

Kathleen's experience with employee contracts was immensely helpful to enable me make the right choices for my career. My employer gave me a long document to sign to remain an employee. I ran it by Kathleen and I am so glad she explained the significance of some of the clauses. If I signed, I could have totally stalled by career for over a year, even if I left that company. I will now always have Kathleen look over any employee contract to ensure I make informed decisions.

I engaged Kathleen to review some HR related documents. He attention to detail, her patience and her demeanor were exemplary. She took all the time needed to review each clause and offer her professional opinion. Due to her insights, I feel that I was able to get the best possible outcome. I strongly recommend her.
