Nerd Rangers helped me save 15+ years of photos from a corrupt thumb drive. Adam was super helpful, he was able to see me as a walk in, got the issue diagnosed relatively quickly and kept in touch via text every step of the way. Although it was a pricy lesson to learn in the importance of backing up, the value comes in their expertise and professionalism in saving invaluable files.

I went into Nerd Rangers referred by Apple Store in Naperville all frantic and scared. During the first meeting, Adam walked me through the process and assured me that he will be successful in recovering all my files. We prioritize a list of what was urgent and after that he was able to recover pretty much everything from the last several years of raw files and jpgs. He was knowledgeable about his work and I know how that I have someone local who can be counted on in case I’m in this situation again. Price wise they’re super reasonable especially compared to other places and knowing it’s near me, I don’t have to mail anything out and I can drop it off and pick it up. Truly grateful to Adam and I’d recommend them to anyone needing any recovery services.

I had another good experience with Nerd Rangers. Adam successfully fixed an older desktop computer with Windows 10 that became inoperative when I updated my Windows 10 system. He was clear with the options that were available to me and the cost for each option and the final charges did not exceed his quote. I also found Adam easy to work with and will to meet my deadlines.
