I almost thought I didn’t truly have a case and wasn’t going to look for an attorney, but God had other plans. My friend had written out a Will for my husband and me on a small piece of paper from the M Resort (Logo and all). It was all of maybe 50 words long. When I found out that my friend had passed, I thought about the day he gave me his Will. I was hesitant on presenting this “M Resort note” to an attorney because it was a little bit embarrassing as it was not written out formally with an attorney. So my husband and I found Attorney Stuart Taylor and during our initial consultation, Mr. Taylor confirmed it was a legit document and considered a “Holographic Will” to the court. So the case was opened. In the beginning, we discovered fraud and as the case progressed, other things came up, which prolonged our case, but the knowledge and advice from Mr. Taylor and his staff made it worth the wait. Then mediation day came and we were negotiating the value of the case. During the negotiations, my attorney’s listened, managed the situation honestly and with integrity, and showed true partnership and professionalism when dealing with me, especially when I became emotional. We were successful in holding our ground and won more than we initially thought we would! To God be all the glory! Thank you both for having the courage to stand up for what was right in this case. And thank you, Yehovah, for guiding my feet just like the Bible says! And I say these things in the mighty name of Yeshua, our Messiah. Amen.

Stuart was amazing during what was one of the most emotional and stressful experiences for my sister and I.
