Thumbs way, way up!!!! for this company. Carlo installed my new Dell computer and was not just proficient and helpful, he was terrific, a superstar. As a quasi-Luddite, I require someone to explain tech matters with crystal clarity and patience--lots of patience. He is the complete package. A very reasonable fee, too. Our entire household was so very, very pleased that even our cats applauded.

Big thankyou to this company for saving me in a pinch. Immediately came out to our office and got our server back up and running or we wouldn't have been able to process customers. They come out and help right away. They dropped whatever they were working on to help us! Highly recommend them!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
Our main design computer crashed. I called and Darren answered. I explained the urgency of the situation and Carlo was onsite in about 1.5 hrs. Turns out the motherboard died. He quickly gave us the options for a new motherboard, and once we decided on the one we wanted, he packed up our desktop and said he will be back tomorrow with the computer. The next day he returned before noon with our computer. The thing looked & ran like it was brand new. He updated the operating system and installed all our printers/peripherals and connected it to the network. While he was here, we had him do some fixes to our other computers & printers.
Carlo saved us! Without this computer we were stuck.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
We will use them for all our IT needs.

Called in the morning to make an appointment for them to come to fix my laptop at my home. Was told someone would be at my place between 3 and 5. 5:15 rolls around with no one showing up, no call, and no text and me having had to cancel business appointments in anticipation. Won't be using these guys ever again.
