My husband and I first spoke to Brian in the summer of 2025. What impressed me initially about Brian was that he was easy to talk to and really knew the market. He has an easygoing, friendly demeanor and a low-pressure approach, while at the same time seeming to possess a wealth of information about the ins and outs of recent real estate transactions in our area. We quickly learned that he’s an integral part of multiple networking groups, so while he’s an independent realtor, he works closely with other agents and always has his finger on the pulse of what’s going on.

I’m the first person to admit that I was skeptical about the value of a listing agent (especially for a multi-million-dollar house that was likely to sell quickly). I wondered whether I couldn't just stick a sign in my front yard and let the house and its prime location “sell itself.” So, while I liked Brian a lot, he still had to earn my trust—and that he did.

We signed on with Brian in the fall of 2025, and not long after, he came up with a detailed plan and schedule for the spring of 2026. It included a day when we’d hand over the keys and leave the rest up to him. This meant he’d oversee painting, refinishing floors, mulching and garden work, coordinating with stagers, and handling countless other details. Both before and after that point, Brian was in touch with us frequently—daily, even—with updates. He knew that we wanted to be involved, keeping tabs on the progress and the market, and he was proactive about staying in touch. At the same time, he’s a savvy agent who adapts to whatever his clients need.

Selling a house is likely the biggest transaction most of us will ever undertake, and there were times when I was nervous about the market, the broader economy, the process, or one thing or another. Brian was always patient, presenting information or alternatives, sometimes wearing his realtor hat and other times acting like a therapist—or even a friend. That approach gave me a lot of comfort.

But most importantly, he delivered everything we set out to achieve and more. He’s got a great feel for the market, pricing, strategy, and negotiation. He has deep relationships with many of the primary agents in town. He was already familiar with many of the buyers and agents active in our price point. He knew how best to market our home to reach those buyers. The schedule he’d given me many months earlier turned out to be spot on, and he hit all the checkpoints on time. Our house received multiple strong offers. And we achieved a sale price at the very top of our range and expectations.

I could go on and on about all the little and big things Brian did for us, but suffice it to say that he more than met our lofty expectations. And he was the point person every step of the way, which would not have been the case had we gone with an agent with a team of people.

Highly recommended. Exceeded expectations. Came through for us. And he changed how I think about what a great agent can do, and the extra value they can bring to a transaction.

We worked with Brian and closed on our home 3 months ago, so I’m writing this well after we moved in and we’ve had time to reflect.
