I had previously left Millcreek Management a review after having a really bad experience with them. It appears that they removed that Google profile to try to clear their bad rating from all the bad reviews.

Quite possibly the worst management company in southwestern Ontario. They had their reviews blocked for some time, understandably.

Incredibly sarcastic replies. Passing blame to innocent residents for their own mishandling and mismanagement.

Highly DO NOT recommend. Avoid if you value accountability, effective communication, honesty, basic logic, and quality service.

I have worked with Millcreek Management for many years both as a Realtor, an owner of condos managed by them and on numerous condo boards where I was an owner and Director. They have always been responsive and always desire that their customers and owners are satisfied. I always enjoy my dealings with them and highly recommend them.

Poor management, unfair charges, and inconsistent responsibility.
We were charged $250 after being accused of leaving carpet outside, even though we clearly stated—and can confirm—that no flooring or carpet was ever removed or changed in our unit(s). We own multiple units, and all still have the original flooring. To avoid the risk of a lien and additional costs, we felt pressured to pay despite disputing the claim.

In a separate incident, water leaked into our unit from the unit above, resulting in kitchen damage. We were informed by management that the repair was our responsibility, with no resolution or assistance offered. This contradicts their position in other matters, where they state that each unit owner is responsible only for their own unit. By that logic, damage caused by another unit should not fall on us.

There was also an instance where we were nearly charged for alleged furnace-related damage to another unit, again without clear verification.

Overall, our experience reflects poor communication, assumptions without proper investigation, and inconsistent application of condo rules. Owners are placed in difficult positions and appear expected to pay simply to avoid escalation rather than based on clear evidence.
