Beware and use them at your own risk:

Updating the review and giving three stars as they sent another technician who fixed the fridge (which was working fine before the first technician went).

I did not have to pay anything for all the hassle I had go through.

Called them for a non-working sub-zero freezer. The tech arrived on a Monday, and left the house. I followed up with the company on Thursday and they informed me they were waiting for a part. The part arrived Friday and the company quoted me $320 to which I agreed. The tech went on Friday to replace the part and get the freezer working. Whatever he did killed the refrigerator which was not an issue. Now he is blaming some previous repair work and said the whole refrigerator needs to be replaced as there is no point in fixing this. So from a working fridge and not working freezer to a completely dead system.

The person on the phone said it will be escalated to a manager for a second opinion.

If they get it fixed, I will update the review but as of now this is what happened. I’m sure they have some experienced tech and some not so much.

Salih was efficient and professional. He replaced the leaking solenoid valve and repaired a broken ground on my LG front load washer. I liked that he used OEM solenoid from LG as the replacement! And Ella did a terrific job with scheduling and accommodating my changing availability. Terrific work and communication.

I left a message for repairs on my GE dishwasher. The response was quick. The repairman, Salih, came within the 3 hour time frame on the next day. The dishwasher needed 2 new parts. Getting the parts took a total of 7 days. Salih made a total of 3 visits and installed the parts quickly. He was courteous, quiet, and competent. My dishwasher is now working. The total cost was $329.00. I will use this business again.

Ibrahim did an excellent job repairing our four year old GE Cafe dishwasher. I called on Sunday about the top rack not washing and he came out on Monday morning to diagnose a motor issue and confirm the repair cost. He came back with the part on Wednesday, swapped it in and had everything up and running in 30 minutes.

The good news is that my dishwasher now runs better than ever. The “bad” news is that the wash cycle isn’t actually as quiet as I thought… it just wasn’t getting as much water as it should have. Now the top rack is absolutely gushing with water pressure. I am beyond thrilled to have it fixed and fully functioning.

They provide a 100 day warranty on all repairs. Scheduling, reminder texts and payment process were all smooth. I would absolutely call Dars again for future appliance repairs.

My refrigerator died just before Thanksgiving. Dars was able to send someone out in time to save my holiday! Pricing was fair and transparent and Tayeb was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely use Dars again. What a great experience! Thank you!
