Excellent team that provided us with truly high-quality service. Our Sub-Zero refrigerator broke down, and while looking for a reliable local company in Highland Park, we came across Appliance Repair Stars. What immediately stood out was the large number of positive reviews and how professional and well done their website is. When the technician came to our home, we were not disappointed at all. On the contrary, we were impressed by how detailed and knowledgeable they were about our specific Sub-Zero refrigerator. They also gave us many useful recommendations on how to maintain it so it will last as long as possible. We will definitely be recommending Appliance Repair Stars to our friends, neighbors, and anyone looking for dependable appliance repair service.

Dmitri and the Appliance Repair Stars Team are awesome and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional assessment of their home appliances and for a quick, efficient repair job.

Our stove’s electrical interface went kaput and 2 of our gas burners were broke but Dmitri rolled up his sleeves (and bootied up his shoes which I appreciated) and got to work diagnosing the issue.

He was transparent about the mechanical failures and our options to repair with used or OEM parts, and gave us a clear timeline of next steps.

I consider myself something of a handyman but I know when I’m in over my head and whenever that happens again you can bet your bottom I’ll be coming back to Appliance Repair Stars.
