GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO WENT OVER AND BEYOND FOR ME.. I ordered the wrong size JLw7 box on accident and with the no return policy they felt very bad for me n decided to give me a huge discount for the correct box. It worked out because I ended up selling the box I had that was the wrong size and lost money on it which was expected but it was still enough to cover the correct box I needed due to the discount they gave me 💪. Not only did they do that but they actually took time out of their day to FaceTime to take measurements of my trunk to ensure new box would fit n I was measuring correctly. I also wanted to change up the sub and port orientation which was done at no extra charge which was another huge plus because now I got a box that I know is made specifically for my trunk n sub ontop of being tuned for that sub. WE ALL KNOW HOW HARD IT IS NOT ONLY GETTING THE RIGHT BOX TO FIT UR CAR BUT THE RIGHT ONE FOR UR SUB THAT U LIKE BUT THESE GUYS WENT OVER N BEYOND. Will forever get boxes from these guys and will recommend anyone.. Just tell them what u want and they got u I promise.. The 2-3 week wait time is worth every penny when ur getting a custom box that’s is Grade A and on the level of the Gately boxes minus the price tag

They falsely claim that they have 30 day returns on their stuff yet you have to read the fine print that they in fact don’t do refunds. won’t ever buy from them again

Ordered a pair of down4sound dbz 15” subwoofers on the 19 of march and still haven't gotten my shipping information or tracking number i was reading all the good reviews before ordering and i was impressed so i ordered but its taking alot longer than expected i also emailed them to get more information but haven't received anything back i just want to know when will i get my tracking number for the subwoofers thats really but its taking alot longer for a tracking number

Liberty Bass Shop knows the meaning of customer service! I sent them an email regarding a purchase I had made with them and in less than a minute I received a phone call 🤯. The product I ordered was actually not in stock ( or so they thought) but I was given 2 solutions immediately. Not excuses, no b.s, just ways in which he could make it right.
Within 48 hours I was called back and left a message saying they had found one last DSP in the warehouse and shipped it out the next day. I’ve got the item in my hand as of today 4/15/2025. This is how a business get and keeps customers. This is how a business stays in business for years and grows. You can count on Liberty Bass Shop!
