I had a wonderful experience at XYZ Storage Kipling today! I was checking into my new storage unit, and everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately, just as I was about to leave, I realized my car battery had died. Natalie went above and beyond to help me out. She kindly provided a jump starter and helped me get my car running again.
I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and willingness to help, especially with something completely unrelated to the storage service. It’s rare to come across such genuine and thoughtful customer service!

Everything is very new and automated and clean and service is great and app controlled access. So overall it’s a very positive experience. I’m just going to point out two things that need improvement, but it has many great things going for it. One is that the elevators close way too fast and are very aggressive where they don’t automatically open if they hit you or press against you or a cart and so it’s a very unnerving and anxiety producing experience trying to use the elevators with carts because they’re not timed properly and I brought that up with management and they said that they’re going to look into it. The other thing is that the hallways are just big enough for the carts but if you have anything hanging over the carts, you’re not gonna be able to make the Corner turns in the hallways. But everything else is fantastic.
