My car was ready for the dump. I called Victory hoping for a Hail Mary and boy did they deliver.
Transmission was toast. Devin went and got the car for me from the dealership (I live an hour+ away) and took it back to the shop. Ran another full diagnostic and then explained the options in clear and easy language along with being very direct on whether they thought it would be worth fixing or not.
I felt safe and absolutely no pressure to make a decision right away. Victory waited patiently for a few days before we went through with the work that needed to be done.
Their care and understanding is deeply appreciated by myself, wife, and family.
Picked the car up and it runs great. If I did not live so far away, they would have my business for everything that pertains to my vehicles.
You are in great hands with Victory.

Jason was really great to deal with. Got me in right away. Finished all 4 brake pads and rotors for a reasonable price. I really like the fact that they send you pictures of the brakes before they start doing the work. Definitely recommend Victory. Just scheduled and oil change through them too. Deal right now for full synthetic for under $60.

I had the best experience at Victory! They were super accommodating and had great communication. I blew an old crappy tire of mine, and was running on a donut. I inquired to the manager, Devin, about buying new tires from them and having them put them on, and they made it happen so quickly! There was a miscommunication on timing on MY end causing me to arrive later than I should’ve, on the wrong day. The manager, Devin, was more than willing to work with me and make it happen. He was very ready and eager to work and provided me excellent customer service. The cherry on top? They got my service done SO quick for such an amazing price. I was genuinely so happy with my service and the quality of tires I got from them. I’d recommend Victory time and time again for every reason from customer service to quality work!

Had a new to me car that I felt a small vibration in and I wanted it looked at ASAP, Victory had a same day appointment. I was greeted quickly and friendly, my concerns were listened to, and we did a quick visual inspection. Car went into the garage and I waited. While waiting I observed every customer being given prompt attention and service.
It was discovered that my car had improperly balanced tires, so they went to work rebalancing all the tires. When finished my car was test driven by two different technicians to make sure my issue had been solved. Driving home I was pleased with the results and overall impressed with my experience.
I will return.

I had an amazing and stress-free experience with my transmission service thanks to the manager, Devin. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the quality of the service and the customer experience, but Devin absolutely does. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I highly recommend asking for Devin if you come here!
