For us, Jefferson Restoration greatly simplified the entire process of filing an insurance claim. Ben worked diligently to ensure we got the coverage we were entitled to while doing excellent restoration work. He was also honest and professional.

I recently used this water damage restoration service and had a very positive experience. From the first call, the team was professional, responsive, and reassuring. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation carefully, and explained the entire restoration process in a clear and simple way. Their prompt response immediately helped reduce stress during an already difficult situation.

The technicians were highly skilled and well equipped to handle the water damage. They quickly identified the source of the problem, removed excess water, and began the drying and cleanup process efficiently. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and how carefully they checked every affected area to ensure no moisture or hidden damage was left behind.

Was it easy? No. Was it worth every cent to not tear up half my floor like the other companies suggested? Absolutely! Will I call them again if needed? Without a doubt! Ben and Dan were able to save us a fortune detecting a leak other contractors couldnt!

Mike was very easy to work with. He explained everything to the insurance adjuster and did amazing work based on the adjuster’s inspection of my property after the demo they performed. I had the check to cover my claim deposited to my account on the same day of the adjuster’s inspection, which gave me peace of mind that the work would be covered by my homeowner’s policy. Mike and his team were great throughout the process! I will recommend to all my friends, family, and church members! Thank you very much!

When our water heater burst, it flooded our laundry room and hallway within minutes. We contacted Jefferson Water Damage & Restoration Philadelphia and they responded the same day. Their technicians quickly started water extraction and placed industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry the floors and walls. They also inspected hidden areas to prevent future mold remediation problems. What I appreciated most was their honesty and attention to detail. They took time to explain the restoration steps and documented everything for insurance claim help. The team worked efficiently and kept the area clean during the entire process. Within a few days everything was fully dry and restored. Their professionalism and knowledge really stood out. I would highly recommend Jefferson Restoration to anyone dealing with serious water damage.

Working with Ben was a breeze. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the situation clearly, and started on the mold mitigation and repairs. This was all on Christmas eve. He got his roofer in on the day after Christmas and followed up to make sure everything is good to go! Work was thorough and I would highly recommend Jefferson to everyone!

I've worked with Jefferson team for mold treatment, wall and floor installation for basement, and a quick water leaking issue. They have been always prompt, professional, and communicative. (the basement turned out to be amazing btw) Highly recommend and will look for this team whenever I need help!

Had an amazing experience with these guys!
We noticed some mold in our attic where we usually don't visit too often after the storm we had a few weeks ago.
I called Jefferson and Dan got here the same day for a free inspection! He found the leak source in our roof, and repaired it the next day.
Very happy with Dan and his crew!
Thank you!
