Excellent service, fair prices, and a very professional team. They explained everything clearly and offered me the best price for my gold. The process was quick, honest, and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Gasston was very flexible with his schedule for an appointment. He spent 2hours with me evaluating gold and silver items. He was patient and kind as well as very informative. Paid fair prices. Definitely coming back when silver prices come back up.

I was a little nervous about selling my gold, but they made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The staff was very professional, took time to explain everything, and offered a fair price. No pressure at all. I would happily come back and recommend this place to others.

Great Experience! Gaston really broke down the market and how price points would go. They were very transparent and open about how they got their price. Offered very well compared to other places. 10/10 Experience, will be back soon

Great customer service!!! Gaston is the best!!! He makes you feel very at ease and takes the time to evaluate and educate you on the piece(s) you bring in. A very fair price and smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Crown Gold Exchange for buying and selling gold and other precious metals. Don't waste your time with the others give Gaston a call.

Great experience dealing with Gaston. My wife and I brought in silver cutlery and assorted pieces that was left when my parents passed. He took the time to look at each item and explained his analysis on whether it was sterling or plated. He was very thorough. Having a decent understanding of the process and having had it previously evaluated, it was clear to us he was being fair. He conferred with his boss about the offer and we ended up negotiating a very fair price. He was professional and there was no pressure tactics at all.
