I came to FMP for help with a lifestyle change. I am about 100 pounds overweight, which makes it hard to enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, golf, and pickleball. Dr. Carol has been incredibly helpful and understanding. She really listened to my needs and helped me get out of the rut I was in. After running my labs, she connected me with both a dietitian and a fitness trainer.

My trainer, Cole, has been absolutely professional. He always explains the purpose behind our workouts and makes the sessions fun and enjoyable. He does a great job in finding my strengths and weaknesses. While I am only a few days into the diet plan and can't speak much on that yet, I have already lost 8 pounds in my first three weeks of training with Cole. Seeing results this early is incredibly exciting!

My goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the time I'm 60!

I went to Dr. Carol expecting a new approach and path to overall wellness that just isn’t provided by many General Practioners. She and her nurse, Katie were VERY thorough in assessment throughout the process. I was put on a plan that incorporated vitamins and minerals that have improved my well being in a matter of months. Katie is always very welcoming and personal in reminding you of appointments and follow ups, which is very much appreciated. All around a warm and wonderful environment.

I am newer in this journey with Dr. White. What I am most impressed with is the communication. It feels like I’m with a practice that truly wants to know me as a person and do all they can to assist with my total wellness.
