My husband and I have been trusting the team at the Oshawa store for almost 2 years for everything Pickleball. Wow, time flies when you are having fun.

Every experience has been excellent! From demos to new paddles, to balls, new grips, safety glasses, and more. Customer care is consistently the best vs any retail environment.

We recommend everyone visit and support this outstanding local Canadian business. You always make us look like heroes every time we send someone your way.♥️

I cannot imagine better customer service than we just received at Hisport in Oshawa. Over the top support - not pushy - not “up selling” - “take all the time - try it out “ - AND got a super price! … An A+++ experience.

It's a great place to go for your inquiry! I was there for my badminton racket first time couple months ago, got it fixed. Then I went back 2 days ago for my old pickleball paddle, he had given me a good advice and recommendations on how to choose a suitable paddle for myself. I would definitely recommend Hisports to everyone !

I just purchased two pairs of outdoor pickleball shoes from the Oshawa store today. Mike was the sales associate filling in today. He was amazing. He spent a considerable amount of time with me. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he definitely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

We were impressed with the vast pickleball equipment and the knowledge of Alex & Co-worker. I bought a hard court shoe manufactured by K-Swiss. Wide shoes are sometimes difficult to find. So far, this shoe is holding up well. I also purchased some sport socks to resist sliding in my shoes. They work as expected.
