I had an awesome experience at Hello Ortho. The team is super kind and welcoming, and they made everything feel easy from the start. I went with Invisalign, and the process was smooth and fast—my trays arrived in about four weeks, and getting them put on was a quick appointment.
The staff member who helped me was very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly. When I accidentally popped off a button, they were able to fit me in first thing the next morning, which was a huge help.
The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Hello Ortho to anyone thinking about orthodontic treatment.

I got my Invisalign here on September 16th, 2025, and the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. Their customer service is consistently outstanding, every interaction feels personal, patient, and professional.

The text message reminders have been incredibly helpful, and I love that they actually reply. It makes communication so easy and stress‑free, especially when I have quick questions or need to adjust an appointment. The email reminders are just as reliable, keeping everything organized and on track throughout my treatment.

What really stands out is how attentive and supportive the team is at every step. They explain everything clearly, check in often, and make sure I’m comfortable with the process. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their patients.

My Invisalign journey has been smooth, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable thanks to this amazing team. I’m genuinely excited to continue my care here and I’m already looking forward to starting their teeth‑whitening program next. If it’s anything like the service I’ve received so far, I know I’ll be in great hands.

Highly recommend to anyone considering Invisalign or braces to this ortho office that goes above and beyond.

From the moment I first walked into Hello Ortho, I knew I was in the right place. I cannot recommend Dr. Jordan Lamberton and his entire team highly enough!
As an adult patient—specifically, a 50-year-old man undergoing my second round of orthodontics (I had braces as a kid and am now doing Invisalign)—I have a unique perspective, and Hello Ortho has exceeded all my expectations.
The professionalism and quality of care exhibited by everyone is truly exceptional. The front office staff is warm, efficient, and always ready to greet you with a friendly smile, making scheduling and paperwork seamless. They set a fantastic tone for the entire visit.
The staff working directly with patients are equally wonderful—skilled, attentive, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain procedures clearly and ensure you are comfortable throughout your treatment.
Most importantly, Dr. Jordan Lamberton is an incredible orthodontist. He is highly knowledgeable, meticulous in his approach, and takes the time to personally connect with his patients. His expertise and dedication shine through in the fantastic results and the overall positive atmosphere of the practice.
If you are looking for top-tier orthodontic care delivered by a truly professional and dedicated team, especially as an adult considering a second treatment, look no further than Hello Ortho Orthodontics
