I loved this practice when it was McMurphy. Dr. McMurphy and his team always took great care of my son through phase I braces into phase II, but this transition into Harvey and Thomas has been rocky. Getting a new orthodontist in the middle of treatment is less than ideal, especially when the first meeting with them is less than 5 minutes long. It is also not comforting to know that my billing information was lost in the transition, with no prior communication about the transition. I am less than impressed with Harvey and Thomas’s team.

Dr. McMurphy has been awesome since I went there for my first appointment. Clean office and very nice, knowledgeable staff. I was nervous at first, but after talking to Dr. McMurphy and his assistant I felt at home. The assistant was very nice to me and very helpful. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I love this office!!

I’ve been a patient of McMurphy Orthodontics for a long time, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. As someone who works in the medical management field, I have high standards when it comes to patient care, professionalism, and office operations—and this team truly exceeds them all.

Dr. McMurphy and his staff are consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. You can tell that the entire staff is like a big family where everyone likes and works well with each other. The office is run with a level of organization and efficiency that is rare and deeply appreciated. Appointments are always on time, the environment is clean and welcoming, and every visit feels smooth and stress-free. What stands out most to me is the genuine care this team shows their patients. Every interaction has been positive, and I’ve always felt fully informed and supported throughout my treatment. They’re the BEST!

I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care—it’s truly one of the best-run practices I’ve encountered in my career and personal experience.
