Got the Romantic Getaway package (massage, facial, sauna, catered lunch ft. Cheesecake Factory, manicure) with my maid of honor! I would give the services themselves and ambience 5 stars, but the organization between services 1-2 stars…

My MOH and I had never had facials, lengthy massages, or been in a sauna before, but they were all incredibly relaxing! Unfortunately, the time in between services felt very disorganized. We were given multiple different itineraries for the day, having to do our sauna after the facial due to a mixup between the staff members, which led to us sweating off the skin care products that were applied. There did not seem to be a particular host/coordinator for our 9am-3pm spa day (service providers seemed to “hand us off” between each other), which was likely the root of the disorganization and left us feeling confused on what was coming up or where we should go quite often.

Very little direction was given regarding the sauna. After our sauna, no staff members came to check on us after 45 minutes to 1 hour (it was a 30 minute session), so we wandered the halls trying to find our room to pack up and check ourselves out.

In the process of the day, I had also lost a necklace my fiance had gotten for me and was carrying my accessories between rooms. I should’ve put my things in my locker initially, but I would’ve liked to have a coordinator/host provide my MOH and I somewhere to put our jewelry and be kept securely earlier in the day. Thankfully, a staff member called on our way home and said she had found it. Thank you Angie!!

I had the BEST experience here with Geeyha!!! She was so sweet, so professional, and genuinely gave me the best massage of my life. Literally massaged away knots I didn’t know I had. The building itself is beautiful and clean, and the front desk staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Can’t express enough how much I enjoyed my time here today— I called and booked a massage for my mom too! :)

I had been experiencing some difficulties with dryness of my skin. I decided to try spa west and so glad I did. From Allison who helped determine which service was best just by me describing some of my concerns, to scheduling me with the technician Jill Gunton. Jill was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made sure to proceed with what was best to help my concerns. She was extremely educated, has many years of experience, and a true talent of understanding skincare. She explained everything very thoroughly and educated me on different types of treatments that can be helpful as I enter into different stages of life. After my first treatment I noticed my skin had much more glow and moisture. I have experienced less dryness of my skin since my treatment. She helped create a plan for me and I had complete trust in her. Thank you so much and looking forward to the next appointment.

We had an amazing spa day as an early Valentine’s Day celebration. Booking was super easy thanks to Jill, and she got us in even though we booked the day before. Allison checked us in and made sure we had time to relax before our sauna session and helped guide us through everything.
We did a couples massage. My boyfriend had a deep tissue massage with Hannah and I had a relaxation massage with Chandra. Both were incredible and so relaxing. We ended the day with champagne in the relaxation room, which was such a nice touch.
10/10 recommend. Very professional, extremely clean, and we will definitely be back!!

Sophia, who scheduled my appointment and greeted me was fantastic. She even gave me a discount because there was a special going on that I knew nothing about it. Mike, who did the deep tissue, was the best masseuse I’ve ever had… and I’ve had a lot of massages..all over the world! If you don’t like it hard, then you won’t like him… you have to tell him to be soft, but if you love deep tissue, it is absolutely phenomenal! I have plantar fasciitis and a real tight calf and he made me feel so much better. Not only are the employees fantastic but the facility is classy, luxurious, and I can’t believe it’s right in the heart of Westlake. I highly recommend.

Came here for the first time as a gift from one of my best friends and left feeling better than ever. First of all - the place is beautiful and it’s so clean. I had Geeyha (for massage) and Nicki (for pedicure) and they were both amazing - taking the time to be receptive to feedback and my needs as a client. And they were both personable which helped provide a really relaxing time. I will definitely be back - and I look forward to seeing them and all the rest of the friendly staff that I encountered, soon!
