Dmitriy at HelpTek is exactly the kind of computer professional you need. Great communication, personal service, clear presentation of repair options and cost, and a hand-delivered repaired laptop to spec. He was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile. He'll be on my speed dial for future services. I highly recommend him!

Great job from beginning to end. I got a an appointment quickly, my theatre TV system finally got repaired and working (after Best Buy made a mess and failed after 7 appointments), and got great, fast follow-up help as well. I couldn’t be happier.

HelpTek, as always worked hard on the current issues and all the SPAMs I have been getting. He worked on looking at the issues and taking the appropriate actions needed to keep my computer clean and healthy.

Visiting Albuquerque and our laptop stopped working. Dmitriy arrived less than hour after we called and the problem was fixed by day’s end. He was professional, timely and courteous with no unjustified upsell. We highly recommend his services and will be using him for home security service installation in the future.
