Excellent experience all around. Kevin Wright was a friendly and low-pressure salesperson. The installers were impressive as they showed up early, installed everything in one day and cleaned everything up. The carpet Kevin helped us pick out is perfect. Our house feels brand new. And there’s 0% financing. Wish we had done this sooner.

Dashaun was so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in our quest for new flooring. He was patient and listened to what we wanted and needed and was very responsive in communicating. He ordered samples in, came to our house, measured, and gave us a great price with interest free financing. The whole experience was great! We went with Mohawk Revwood Laminate in Sand Dune and can't wait to get them installed and enjoy them!!

I cannot say enough about my experience at Flooring Expo. The entire process was so easy, start to finish. I filled out the form on their website for a free estimate and within minutes I received a call confirming the appointment time I requested. Dashaun from the Apple Valley store was right on time and brought samples with him. Once we chose the LVT we wanted for our master bath, the process went very smoothly. The flooring actually came in 4 days early and the install was scheduled. From start to finish, it took just over a week. We could not be happier with the quality of the flooring we chose. The installer was excellent and took great care to make sure it was perfect. The very best part of the process was Dashaun Smith from the Apple Valley store. He kept us informed EVERY step of the way. He is incredibly responsive and so very helpful. One of the best parts is that he is no pressure whatsoever. Well done Dashaun and Flooring Expo. We will not hesitate to call Dashaun when we're ready to replace the carpeting in our home.

Dashaun was great to work with at Flooring Expo. He came to our house with samples, measured quickly and was able to get a quote on the spot. I opted for a Mohawk SmartStrand carpet with 1/2" pad. I did receive another quote which was less, but Dashaun matched their bid. The install team was courteous, on time, and treated our home and furnishings like their own. Our whole home was completed in one day. Highly recommend!

The product selection is great, but the staff is even better. Dashaun helped me through the entire flooring process from selection, to install, and finishes. He never dropped the ball and provided the best customer service I've had in a long time. His attention to detail and my needs was like a thing of the past, when customer service meant just that. I once asked him if he'd ever considered going into politics...and I meant that in the best way possible, because he was all about the people! Jonathon was also attentive to any issues, seeing the project through until I was completely satisfied. In the end, my floors look fantastic.
