I was referred to the Paths Law Firm by a very reputable senior living community. I had always been assured by them that all their plans were complete and in place. I was facing a situation of both my parents rapid health decline; discovering their plans were anything but complete; and many sleepless nights. Russell and his team were very responsive and understanding the urgency of the situation. They started by giving me a lesson on how to navigate the resources available and what we needed to do secure them. They helped me put a financial plan and setup a family trust. They processed the necessary Missouri Medical application and followed it though the approval process. Ultimately my parents were able to get the care they needed. I can not imagine doing this with out their assistance!
