Company Event and they loved it. But the people on the in take desk were very disorganized. The Event was planned and booked 60 days in advance for 9 Bays reservation 54 people 4 to 6. I had to go to the desk 3 times to ask about what bays and when was the event coordinator coming down to guide me to our reserved space. Drinks were great but the food was subpar for the prices.

We had a great time at TG Loudoun! We rented 2 bays for 9 of us and played for 2 hrs. We had a variety of foods to include nachos, buffalo chicken dip, wings, fried Mac n cheese balls and funnel cake sticks. Everything was delicious and a good time was had.

We went for the first time for my husband’s birthday and rented two bays with their party package. For 12 people, the value was incredibly fair. I couldn’t believe how much food they served, and we had plenty of playtime as well. Our waiter was highly attentive and took great care of us throughout the event. The drinks from the bar were delicious too. We did wait quite a while at times, but it was very busy and we were having so much fun that it honestly didn’t bother me much.
There was also an issue when we checked in at the host stand, but the manager went above and beyond to make it right , far more than we expected. Because of that experience, I would definitely come back. The customer service all around was great. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and my sister even visited this location because of my experience. 10/10 experience!

Nice place! I initially came to try flying at iFLY, which is next to the building, but I had to wait. So, I decided to spend some time at Topgolf instead.

I went there as a walk-in without a reservation and encountered an interesting pricing policy. I arrived at 16:30, but the prices change every hour. I wanted to come back after my iFLY session, but since walk-ins can't reserve a spot due to the price change at 17:00, I needed to download an app to register.

I did that and secured a table. The atmosphere is nice, and the place isn’t crowded. The service is fine too!

I’ve been to Topgolf Loudoun a few times, and overall it’s a great place to hang out. The atmosphere is always lively, the bays are clean, and the games are fun whether you’re good at golf or just there for entertainment. Staff has been professional and the service runs smoothly.

The only issue is the pricing on food and energy drinks. The quality is fine, but the prices are definitely high for what you’re getting. It adds up quickly, especially if you’re with a group.

Overall, it’s a solid experience and worth visiting just expect to spend more on food and drinks than you normally would.

I’m updating my review after multiple visits as a member. While I still appreciate this location overall and continue to come here for practice, there are recurring issues that have become difficult to overlook.

The most consistent problem is the extremely slow response time when requesting assistance. Even during non-busy hours, simple requests such as changing a bay often take 15 minutes or more. This significantly disrupts quiet, focused practice and feels excessive for basic service.

In addition, staff behavior on holidays is noticeably different compared to weekdays. Employees often appear tense, short-tempered, and less approachable, which makes interactions uncomfortable. On days when service should ideally be more attentive due to higher volume, everything instead feels slower and more frustrating.

Beyond that, nearly every request—no matter how minor—tends to take an unusually long time to be addressed. This creates an overall sense of inefficiency that detracts from the otherwise well-maintained facility.

Lastly, on several occasions, the food has arrived lukewarm rather than hot, and some items have been consistently saltier than expected. While food is not the primary reason I visit, it does contribute to the overall experience.

I hope management takes these recurring issues seriously, as improving service speed, staff responsiveness—especially on holidays—and food consistency would significantly elevate the experience for members who come here specifically to practice.

What a blast! We came here on a chilly Sunday to practice our swings. They discount rates Sunday through Thursday, which is awesome. I made a reservation about an hour before we arrived and were quickly assigned a bay. We were happy to see that the bays have heaters to keep you warm in the waiting area, and the swinging area isn’t too cold. The different games and stats are fun and informative, and our server was amazing. I’d come back!

Had a great time at Topgolf! The food was surprisingly good – fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. The game experience was fun and engaging for everyone in our group, regardless of skill level. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was upbeat and relaxed. Definitely a great spot for both casual hangouts and celebrations. Will be coming back!

We made a reservation for 4:45. We called because we ran about 5 minutes late, and they said you have a 15-minute grace. But once we started playing and got to the area, we only had about 40 minutes to play. We did not have a waitress for about 20 minutes. We did order and extended our time by 30 minutes. We ordered food, and it took about 30 minutes for it to arrive. The food was very good. but the service was terrible. It is nice being with family or friends, getting out and playing against them. I will eventually go back, but I am hoping it improves. I would recommend doing this with family; it is not any harder than putt-putt. It was enjoyable. We had to leave by six since they had an event scheduled.
