As a Realtor, I've worked with many lenders over the years, and Ted consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. Ted and his team are incredible at what they do. We signed our first mortgage with them 1.5 years ago. They all went above and beyond during that process, even reaching out to the seller to help sell us as a buyer in a tough market. Since then he has stayed in touch and monitored the market and rates. When the time was right we started the refinance process which was easy and painless. He saved us nearly $400 a month on our mortgage with $0 out of pocket. Whether you're a first time home buyer or just looking to refinance I recommend Ted and his team to anyone and everyone.

Ted has been working with my family for about 20 years and when my husband and I wanted to buy our first home, my Dad referred me to Ted. Choosing Ted as our lender was one of the single best decisions we made in our home buying journey.
