I convinced Vipeq of Utah (Parker, Ben, Brian) to come spray my van build and they were super accommodating and willing to work with the unique needs of this project. But this stuff is super noise dampening! It also makes my van feel warm and homely, not hollow and cold. Aside from an initial communication hiccup and a clogged hose, the whole experience was great! Issues happen but they dealt with them professionally and consistently. I appreciate that expectations were laid out, the messy spray was thought through, and the final product exceeded expectations.

If I had to do it again, I would do the masking and prep to try to save money, I would pick a black color again, and I would skip certain areas that I want Thinsulate to slide easily (insulation really grabs the vipeq).

I built a small studio in our back yard and wanted a sophisticated look. After looking at a number of options, I went with Vipeq. It has a great look and blends into the yard space with style. We had a great experience with VIPEQ Utah resurfacing our backyard concrete tiers/planters. The concrete itself was originally a DIY project from a few years ago that we had tried plastering ourselves but we decided we needed something different. After getting a quote from VIPEQ Utah, we were eager to see the results! Ben was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick with measurements. We are very pleased with how it turned out and can’t wait for backyard entertaining!

The product itself is pretty cool and looks so seamless. It was nice to have many color options to choose from. We chose the “Bison Beige” color and the finish made the raw concrete look brand new. The crew applied a perfectly even coat that hid every old stain, hairline crack, and color variation. These boxes used to get water seepage and white efflorescence every spring. After the cork coating, they’re 100% waterproof – no more damp soil, no salt stains, no dirt soaking up the walls either. The cork also acts like a thermal shield, so the concrete doesn’t bake my plants anymore and the boxes stay cooler to the touch. If you have concrete planter boxes, raised beds, foundation walls, or any exposed concrete in Utah, this is hands-down the best way to make it look amazing and last practically forever. Couldn’t be happier – highly recommend VIPEQ Utah!
