Horrible customer service. We went in on a Friday looked at the car we wanted test drove it and were given the price for the lease on the only vehicle in the lot I wanted. We made an appointment to return the next day since it was too late to finish the process and confirmed before we left the price on the lease. The next day after we are there a few hours going through the paperwork the manager comes to us and trys to change the price he himself quoted us. Keep in mind the car I wanted was the only one they had in that color so he knew what he quoted the day before. I would not trust them very shady and not honest. Also he was not giving the incentives that were being offered by the maker. Horrible customer service!! Believe me go elsewhere do not trust this dealership. The only good thing was one of the sales rep Marwan who was very nice but unfortunately due to his manager the deal did not happen.

Absolutely loving my new car so far. The entire leasing experience was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for without any pressure.

Amazing experience. Just leased from this guys a brand new VinFast VF8. Great car. Great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Manager did a super job. Made it very easy and affordable to get the deal done. Financial specialist gets you approved without any complications. Great team of great professionals. We enter we found Adrian
We where not going to lease since we already had one that ended in a couple of month
He was so accommodative, pleasant, show us all options and at the end being the price that he negotiated the correct one that we decided to go ahead and lease a Red Alfa Romeo Tenali
Then came Juan the financier and then we definitely where surprise on how easy it was the process.
We are excited, happy and Yes a Great decision to come here

The buying process started smoothly, but ultimately the experience fell short. I ended up taking delivery of a different trim than originally discussed (with similar options, but still not what was agreed), and the lease mileage was reduced from what I expected - both of which only became clear late in the process.

At the time of purchase, it was also represented to me that the first service would be taken care of, but when the service came due, the dealership declined to honor that representation.

My advice to future buyers would be to make sure all key terms and representations are clearly documented in writing before moving forward. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not what I would expect from a premium-brand dealership.

Worst car purchase experience I have ever had- STAY AWAY!!! Salesman, managers, and owner knowingly and willingly sold a car with significant crash damages and misrepresented/denied when asked about the history. When I brought to their attention I knew of the accident and didn't want to move forward with the purchase- the salesman exposed another accident that had taken place that was also withheld from me- so (2) accidents total!!! They did the right thing and agreed to make it right and were "so glad" I didn't take possession of the car yet and that finance paperwork had yet to be finalized. Just to then proceed to ghost me for days to push final finance paperwork through. Once I was able to finally get in touch with someone at the dealer after MULTIPLE attempts, they said there was "nothing they could do and I own the car". The salesman told me he quit in the following days as he could not believe how this was being handled.

They have broken multiple laws and some of the worst business ethics I have ever seen. I'm honestly SHOCKED they are in business... I have filed/filing official complaints with the appropriate Florida state departments and weekend FL council. BUYERS BEWARE especially if out of state like myself!!!
