I used this company to rent a limo sprinter for my friend’s 30th birthday, and I loved the service. They sent a beautiful Mercedes Sprinter. It was very clean and luxurious. Our driver John was great and kind. Definitely will be using them in the future

Beautiful and clean cars, and the drivers are very friendly. I recently had the pleasure of using this company for an out-of-town trip from NYC to DC. The booking process was very easy and seamless. They sent me a beautiful Cadillac Escalade; it was a new model, maybe a year or two old. The driver Otgar was very courteous and Friendly. We had a great chat on the long 4-hour trip. I have been using them since I found them. Great company to work with.

Great people and great service! I used these guys for a luxury sprinter rental with a driver and the experience was amazing. The driver was very nice and Mercedes Sprinter they sent was beautiful. It had 2 screens and the seats were very comfortable. I will definitely use these guys in the future for all my transportation needs.

I recently booked this car service to transport a party of 4 adults (+) luggage from Newark Airport to Manhattan. We booked a Suburban. The company promptly replied to my reservation request that I placed through their website. I got an email response and I received a phone call from the manager, Mohammed. I booked the extra service to have our driver meet us in the baggage claim area and it was worth the extra $20. I appreciated that the price quoted was all-inclusive - fare, fees, taxes, tolls, and gratuity. I did tip our driver a little extra because he was fantastic (Giuseppe). Communication was great. I received email confirmations 24 hours and 3 hours prior to pick-up. Our driver texted me when he arrived at the airport (we had just landed). We used the same service and driver for our return trip to the airport and everything went just as smooth. The SUV's were well maintained. Bottled water was available. Overall, a great experience.

This company is great! The customer service was so pleasant and easy to talk to. They didn't rush me and asked questions about my trip. I was just going to use them from the airport but they told me about their hourly service where we can have the car for a couple of hours so we can site see the city. Definitely recommended!

This is my first choice of car service to use with my company. We have a busy PR firm in Midtown, NY. A lot of clients fly in and out of NY throughout the year and it gives me peace of mind to be able to call and set up rides for clients without having to worry that something would go wrong. Setting up rides are easy, the rates are fair and no complaints from our clients. I personally use them for events we have and its always easy with professional and friendly drivers. Definitely recommend using them.
